DEATH IS JUST THE BEGINNING

THE CHRISTIAN VERSION

What Happens When Humans Die?

Well I firstly started to look at what happens to 'The Nephilim'. They were half human, half spirit (fallen angel). On their death, they became 'evil spirits' bound to Earth until The Judgment (Enoch 15:8; 16:1), whilst 'The Watchers' (who are not dead) were 'cast down to 'The Bottomless Pit’ where they are in chains of darkness until The Judgment’ (2 Peter 2:4; Jude 1:6). We know that some of the 'evil spirits' are already in ‘The Bottomless Pit’ as when Jesus came across the 'evil spirits’ - 'Legion' who had possessed a man, the spirits asked Jesus not to command them to go out into 'the deep' (Luke 8:31). ‘The Deep’ is ‘The Bottomless Pit’ (Revelation 20:3).

So in the 'spirit plane (4D)', those who are spirit do not die. If they turn against lord god they can end up in ‘The Bottomless Pit’ if lord god commands them there where they will await their destruction at The Judgment.

So what happens to a human on their death, and is ‘The Bottomless Pit' a lower spiritual plane of fire and brimstone - Hell?

When Humans Die

If we look at how ‘the dead’ are described in The Bible, we are told that they are 'asleep' (Job 14:12; Matthew 9:24; Mark 5:39; John 11:11-13; Acts 7:60; 1 Thessalonians 4:13-15).

Examples of those who were in their 'dead sleep state' and were bought back to life include; Lazarus. He was dead for four days when Jesus went to his tomb in Judaea. Jesus told those at the tomb to remove the stone from the entrance. Jesus then spoke to lord god, and afterwards said, "Lazarus, come forth" (John 11:43). Lazarus came out of the tomb and a few days later was described as having a meal with Jesus (John 12:2). He was 'called out' of his 'dead sleep state' back to life by Jesus.

Jairus' daughter. She was also in her 'dead sleep state', but Jesus took her by the hand and said, "Damsel, I say unto thee, arise", and she arose (Matthew 9:22-25; Mark 5:43). She was 'called out' of her 'dead sleep state' back to life by Jesus.

So it is clear from these two examples that those in their 'dead sleep state' can not 'awake' back to the 'living' until lord god/Jesus called/calls them out of it.

The Spirit and The Soul

By combining the breath of life with the dust of the earth (body), "...man became a living soul" (Genesis 2:7). When we humans die, our bodies eventually decompose (Genesis 3:19) and our 'spirit' (Genesis 3:19) which is the 'breath of life (Genesis 2:7; 7:22) returns to lord god (Ecclesiastes 3:21; 12:7). The 'spirit' is not the deceased's 'astral body', it is 'their breath of life' (Luke 23:46).

Note that 'the soul' and 'the spirit' are two different things.

The 'soul' is a combination of a person's mind (sub-conscious and conscious), heart (metaphorically speaking) and physical body. When the body dies, so too does the mind (Psalms 146:3-4; Proverbs 23:7; Ecclesiastes 9:5-10; 1 Thessalonians 5:23; James 4:17). The 'soul' does not return to lord god, nor does it go anywhere else.

So, if Lazarus and/or Jairus' daughter had gone to 'hell' or 'paradise' when they were in their 'dead sleep state', then they would have been bought back to this life where they would have had to either secure or re-establish their salvation again. Would that have been fair? No it wouldn't, and I'm sure if they had gone to 'paradise' to be brought back to this rotten dimension they would've complained. I definitely would have. They were simply awoken from their 'dead sleep state' because lord god/Jesus had given them back their 'breath of life'.

When Jesus Died

"All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth” (Matthew 28:16-18; Mark 16:14; Luke 24:17-51). John 'The Revelator' saw Jesus in a vision, and Jesus said, "...I am alive forevermore, A-men; and have the keys (power) of hell and of death" (Revelation 1:18). With his resurrection he received the power over life, power over death, power over hell, power over earth, power over 4D, power over Satan, power over evil, power over everything.

Death and Hell

In the discussion above (What Happens When Humans Die?), it was established that 'The Bottomless Pit' was a place for 'evil spirits' awaiting their judgment which is 'The Lake of Fire'. 'Evil humans' will also go to The Lake of Fire with Satan and his angels, evil spirits etc. But this is not when they die as they only go into a 'dead sleep state'. This 'dead sleep state' is known as The First Death.

According to the Bible, there is a time in the near future when all the dead (from the beginning of Creation) will hear lord god's call and awaken from their 'dead sleep state' (John 5:25-29) There are two calls. The first call from lord god is to those who are 'faithful' whether dead or alive. When they hear lord god's call they will all meet lord god in the sky and be given a new celestial body and 'immortality' (access to 'The Tree of Life') (Luke 20:36; 1 Thessalonians 4:16-17; Revelation 22:2, 14). They will be priests of lord god and of Christ. This is the first resurrection.

Satan is sent to 'The Bottomless Pit' for 1000 years, after that he is set free. Then comes the second call from lord god when those who are dead and evil awake from their 'dead sleep state' to be judged. Satan will then go out into the world to gather his 'evil army' together for the final battle against lord god and his hosts - 'Armageddon' (Revelation 16:16; 20:1-15). This is the second resurrection. Satan's efforts are pointless and he is cast into The Lake of Fire, so are 'Death and Hell', The Watchers, Evil Spirits, and all those others who are evil whether spirit or human.

"And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell" (Matthew 10:28). The Lake of Fire consists of 'fire and brimstone’ from which there is no escape, no resurrection, no redemption, no salvation ever. This is total annihilation. This is 'The Second Death' (Revelation 21:8).

Luke 23:43 says that when Jesus was on the cross he spoke to another man, Barabbas, a thief who was also being crucified. Jesus said to him, "...To day shalt thou be with me in paradise". "Paradise' is mentioned again in Revelation 2:7, "...to him that overcometh will I give to eat of ‘The Tree of Life’, which is in the midst of the paradise of God". So did the man immediately go to Paradise when he died? No, his 'soul' died and his 'spirit' went back to lord god. When he is 'called by lord god' to awaken, he will then be in 'paradise'. For him, there will not have been a lapse in time between his death and his resurrection.

Jesus was subject to 'Death' in the flesh and therefore died when he was crucified, but before he died he said he would only die for three days (Matthew 12:40; Mark 9:31; Luke 9:22). He knew he would defeat Death (John 10:17-18). When he died there was an earthquake, and many of those 'saints which slept', arose and went into the city (Matthew 27:50-54). This was because 'the veil' between the physical world and the spiritual world was removed. Humans were given direct access to Jesus. There was no need for anymore 'sacrifices' when sin was committed by humans, as Jesus paid that price for all of their 'sins' with his suffering, death and subsequent resurrection.

The Lake of Fire through-out heaven and earth (Revelation 20:10, 14-15 & 21:1).
