When 'The Souls' created by The Ultimate Power (The 'Children of The Ultimate Power'), were truly free, we were not restricted to 5D. We travelled throughout the lower dimensions as we pleased.
At this time, 3D - Earth in particular was a plain being harvested for metals and stones by The Igigi (Michael's slaves from Sky Wars II). On the revolt of The Igigi, The Seven - Michael and his 'host' began the human race.
Now, whether this was Michael's plan all along is uncertain, but when the humans were 'born' as opposed to another race that were 'created', the 5D souls sent a part of themselves to 3D to investigate. The newly 'born' humans were inhabited with 'souls' providing the body with 'the spark'. However, we were 'conned' as we became trapped in this dimension and in a human body until the human body died.
THE CYCLE OF LIFE DIVERSION
Diversion 1:
Through-out life, we are shown images of what it is like to die which includes 'the white light' at the end of the tunnel, or hell and damnation for 'non-compliance'. On permanent death i.e. (not near death experiences), the part of the soul that was sent to 3D begins its journey back to 5D, but encounters 'The Diversion'. The Soul follows 'the false light' of 'The Flower of Life' and as such is 'reincarnated' back to 3D. The 'mind/memories' of the life that we just lived is erased so any re-collection of the journey/life undertaken previously does not act as a foundation for the 'second' and/or subsequent lives. The soul particle is then caught back up in the manufactured 'cycle of life' until we 're-member'.
The likelihood of a soul "remembering" are slim due to the memory wipe, 'the illusion of The Matrix', the constant barrage of distractions through what one becomes accustomed to consider 'a day in the life of', (see 'The Holographic Universe Theory Sections'), and the blatant lies of religion and other belief systems that preach and teach of completely different versions of 'salvation'. There is no sin for our soul to be 'saved' from as this is 3D. 'It is an illusion' - THERE IS NO SPOON!
Diversion 2:
Before we've even died, contracts such as 'The Eternal Oath' are offered by Orders such as 'The Illuminati', and if signed will bind you to this Earth and Dimension 'for eternity', forever incarnating and never reuniting with your 'Soul Self'.

Diversion 3:
Those who consider themselves 'illuminated' are told/believe they are 'The Watchers/The Fallen Angels', or know their true origin from Michael and embrace this whole heartedly. They have no issue flaunting this in music videos for example. For your information, The Watchers were The Igigi (the first slaves for Michael). We are not 'The Watchers/The Fallen Angels', and Michael is the Prince of Darkness. He's not your true father/mother.
Aside from the fact that Snoop Dogg has sold his soul already (See Murder Was The Case), on death, those that believe they are The Watchers will see 'The Seven Who Judge'. They will then present to you The Akashic Records and then tell you that you have 'to come back' due to karma. There is no such thing as 'karma', and you are not 'The Watchers/The Fallen Angels'. You are a FREE SOUL. Do not believe for one minute that you are a Watcher/Fallen Angel. They are damned - See The Book of The Secrets of Enoch Chapter 18 (Here).
Those who acknowledge Michael, may not know there is another dimension above him waiting for you. We are The Children of 'The One True Ultimate Power' and we are free to leave this realm. Michael has no power over you or me unless you give it to him. He can't destroy us, we're made of the same 'stuff' as him and more!
THE WAY OUT
Use your silver cord. Those with a soul know who they are, as do those who don't. We have 'free-will' (which was how we got trapped in these bodies in the first instance). We agreed to it - albeit through deceit. Nonetheless, the only way out that I am aware of is through resonating to a higher vibration so we fully re-merge with our 5D selves, or when we die, then we'll see our cord.
The bottom line is: - DO NOT GO INTO THE TUNNEL, WHATEVER YOU ENCOUNTER, DO NOT AGREE TO RETURN BACK HERE EVER NO MATTER WHAT YOU ARE SHOWN, DO NOT BE CONNED BY THIS 'KARMA' RUBBISH THAT IS SATURATED INTO YOUR PSYCHE THROUGH-OUT LIFE & DO NOT BELIEVE THAT YOU ARE A WATCHER/FALLEN ANGEL - GET THAT INTO YOUR PSYCHE.
Use your cord. We know the way, we just have to fight our way through to be free, and it will be worth it. Then at last we get to go home.
